Good quality for the price you pay. Carpets could be redone. Warping in some cabinets. But the room was clean, TV and Wi-Fi worked. Had fresh bananas and juice for breakfast. Would definitely come back.
This place is perfectly fine. It's very clean and well kept, but it's an older building. The reason I gave 3 on service was that there wasn't anyone at the front desk to check me in when I arrived. I had to wait for quite some time to get anyone.
My experience in this hotel was just nice . The staff was so friendly specially a boy named Bilal . He is very cooperative and give proper guideline. I really appreciate the hotel staff. And that black girl was so rude
This is a clean, convenient budget friendly hotel. I've stayed here several times and each time the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's quiet too. Nice breakfast in the morning.
My mom & I needed a nice hotel to stay in until we get moved into our own place. This is the best place we could have found & very glad we did. Very happy that our cat was allowed to stay with us & the pet fee is very cheap. Management worked with us on affordable rates as we have had a long stay. The management is very nice & takes care of things. Amanda at the front desk has been the nicest person to us. She's the one I saw the most. Sabrina cleaned our room, made the beds & took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. Hard to find good ones.
My stay was absolutely great. Nice very comfortable beds. I had a suite with a living room area. Very clean area and bathroom/shower. The desk clerk was very personable and they had a nice array for continental breakfast. Nothing like the location in Henderson, NC my stay July 8th which was not good. I would definitely stay at the Roanoke VA location again.
It was great for what it was. Price was reasonable for a 2 room suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch bed. When they came in to clean the room after the first night, the cleaning staff even tucked in my son's stuffie. :) He got a kick out of that. I did too. Nothing fancy about the hotel, but it was a clean, comfortable place to stay with room enough for three people in separate beds.
I’ve stayed here a few times, mostly when the electricity is out during winter. All the staff is super helpful, and actually remember my kids and me. The rate is by far the most reasonable around, and the rooms are always so clean and fresh.
